I wish that I had a way to help you. I know how frustrated you are. I can only imagine how it is with them on leashes and your 2yr old helping out. How about (I'm not being funny, I'm a grandmother who has

done this before) an ex-pen out front for the 2 yr old when you are on leash duty?
