For some reason I thought she waas younger...has she always done it? Hmm...it seems like a really difficult habit to break. Maybe just train her the same way you pottytrained her. Or when you catch her peeing in her bed, say no and move her to the place where she's supposed to. Hopefully she'll get the hint.
