I watch her show on PBS and I have her Water w/ Lemon book (very good) and her cookbook - she is all about measuring it, lower calories, eating right, but eating what you like, etc. She isn't strict, just gives you tons of good recipes and helpful tips. Her cookbook is full of yummy recipes AND tons of helpful tips, tricks,hints, etc.

go to the website and click on the
Miracle Soup recipe. It makes a LOT, but freezes well (that's another thing she likes, make a lot of good stuff, freeze it and keep it on hand). I have made this numerous times and it is good!!!
I have made other things too and so far, they have all been yummy and even my DH will eat them! (that's a HUGE plus)
