I think you should say that the intial agreement was based upon your thought that the dog would be raised in the same or better environment that it is/was accustomed too...and that you think it would be in the best interest for the dog for you to keep the dog until they are able to have him roam freely as he does in your home and not be in a kennel constantly or maybe when they are better situated they can have a pup from another litter to breed? |
