I say... she will start pushing into the birth canal around midnight. First pup by 1 am. My dogs always seem to have them in the middle of the night. Sassy had her first one @ 6:30 am. She was soo quiet too. We had her in bed with us and my fiance woke up and said, "sassy keeps kicking me". I looked and sure enough she was pushing her pups into her birth canal. She had one about 30-45 mins later. My chocolate lab had her pups @ 2 am.
