 Who has had a tiny girl spayed?
Gracie's vet specializes in toy dogs and she suggested that we wait until Gracie was 10 mos. to spay her, which we did. She did not have a heat cycle prior to spaying. She was not quite 3 lbs at 10 mos. and did fine. She was a "late bloomer" as she continued to grow until nearly 2 years old--she's now just under 5 lbs. (although her vet would like her a half pound lighter...lol) |
