Uh oh, I never even thought about the cleaning fees/monthly pet fees. I figured I'd have to put a bigger security deposit - ugh!
All I've heard is no so far. I got one "maybe" yesterday, but when I went to see the house, I didn't even need to go in. It was a four apartments in a house and literally 1/2 of the house was falling down. And it was NASTY. I drove away real fast.
