We just switched vets recently. Ellie has now gone through 3 vet offices. The first one seemed to be drinking on the job and he wasn't the friendliest, the second was very nice but he is about 20 minutes away and is a farm vet so we figured he that his specialty isn't small dogs. Now we go to an animal hospital that is open 24/7. They have a ton of vets and we found one we like. There are still problems though. First, they gave two vaccines at the same time (never will we allow that again) and they are very expensive. It cost $620.00 to get some dental work done. Ellie has periodontal disease. Everything is way overpriced there but we will stick with them and hope they don't do anything stupid. Finding a vet is SOOO hard, especially for smaller dogs.
