 Anesthesia: Which Type?
Within a few months, I'll get Marcel neutered. He is small (currently 6mths and weighs 1 pound 14 oz.) and I want to be very sure that the correct anesthesia is used. I'm hoping to get him over 2 pounds before the surgery.
I did a forum search and found a bit of info, but it was a few years old. So:
**I know to use gas only - should it be Isoflourin (sp?) or Sevofluorine (sp) or is there something better?
**I know to confirm that they do NOT use barbituate - anything else I should demand they NOT use?
**Anything else?
