It takes a while for them to have their full coat. Sadie's coat never got real long...I believe she was at her adult color by 2 yrs old. Lillie is only 11 months old so she is still changing and growing...Her coat is longer now than Sadies and Sadie is 3 yrs old...Not all yorkies have long coats like you see on show dogs.
