I think I decided what to do.

I'm still going to use the frontline, but I'm going to split into two doses and I'm going to buy it off of Ebay because it's cheaper. Because frontline is good to kill the fleas/ticks AFTER they bite, I'm going to get an all natural flea/tick spray to put on him before he goes outside. I'm not going to spray it directly on him either... I'm going to spray it on my hands then rub it on him. In addition, I'm going to use Minksheen pet shampoo because it has some sort of citronella in it to repel critters away.
