I think it depends on what you consider "large"

Sully is 9 pounds now, fully grown. (almost 11 months old)

When he was 10 weeks old, he weighed 3.2 pounds. (This is the day after we adopted him.

)

Hope that helps! We couldn't love the little guy any more no matter what he weighed though. He's got the best little personality of any dog I've ever met!
