If the doctors say he's fine don't worry. Both my children were very small, and this got a lot of comments also. People still think they are younger than what they are, and even ask if I'm feeding them well. But the Drs say they are proportiant to their size, and very healthy. Lol, don't let it bother you in a few years the other kids will catch up.

Some people will always be rude -- don't pay attention, their opinion isn't what counts.
