I have been doing split portioning for a while now. I went from 125 to 112 currently. Basically u dont eat carbs with protein. So lets say u are eating a steak.. eat it with vegetables and no potatoes. U want pasta? go for it, just dont eat with meat. Its pretty simple and helps keep the weight off as well.
