Maybe it is me, but whenever I read of a child being attacked, or another dog, it is almost always a pitbull.
Back in the days when I worked for Child Protective Services, many a time a worker was threatened by clients' pitbulls; children were attacked by their neighbors' pitbulls--everyone on the block seemed to have one to keep away the police, welfare, social workers, probation; etc.
It may be bad breeders or bad owners, but for every "lovable" pitbull there are more that aren't so good |
