Otis had a fasting bile acid that was mildly elevated at 53. He will go back on Wednesday a.m. for the pre and post levels and a chem 12 to check his liver functions. Thanks for your support and prayers for him. I'm blessed because if he does have liver shunt or MVD we've caught it early (if that's possible) and his "spells" have been very mild. I'm hoping for best case scenario of special diet and meds. Thanks again, you all don't realize how the support and information I get on this site calms me down and keeps me from "losing it". I appreciate all of you. ~Paula
