Well, for us... Rosie was doing the same thing that your girl is doing, and she was not dialating. I couldn't tell visually and didn't know until the vet actually physically checked her. If it were me, I would not wait until the morning to call the vet. But that's just me, and my husband calls me overprotective.

But this is going on a very long time for the puppies not coming, and if you say their movement is decreasing - personally, I wouldn't wait. Rosie never actually exhibited signs of trouble - just the same thing - temperature rose and then dropped, and then no puppies all night. (And this was with Rosie's 2nd litter - not the first, so the vet was surprised that she had any problems.)
