I do think it is a LONG time for the temp to be down????Maybe that is normal for her???
I would of had mine checked this am though I would not be comfortable with that temp down that long .but I would of checked mine also for dialation,or to see if I could feel something.
Then would of been off to the vets if no dialation, for that would not be normal for my girls. My vet will wait the full 24 hours (temp drop) But would not risk the life of my mom or babies past 24 hours.24 hours is long enough for the temp to be down and no pups, unless you have been recording her temp and that is her normal and she needs to go down to 98?
SOmetimes they need a boost to get going also, oxy (given by your vet )calcium is needed also for no contractions in certain situations (given by your vet).
I really hope all babies are okay for her sake and yours and all goes well with her whelping.Seems she has had a hard life and needds to have a litter in a free open room will be good for her. |
