Yes! This is what I intended when I originally posted this thread...but no one replied at first  ! Another option that my husband suggested is "Dog Beach" for a beach location. I haven't been there, but he tells me it's in Huntington Beach. Here's a link to their website http://www.dogbeach.org/. Has anyone been there? Or does anyone think that's another good option? One thing that's not clear from their website is if you have to pay to get in. They have an option to "Join Huntington Dog Beach", but I don't know if you have to be a "member" to go, or if that's just an option for people who go more frequently? |
I've never been but my friend at work takes her dogs on the Doggie Bus! Here is a link to the site:
http://doggiebus.com/ They pick-up at the Tustin Sports Park and drive down to Huntington. There are pictures on the beach but alot of dogs are medium to larger breeds so I don't know if it would be safe for our little ones.
Dogs are allowed on the beach at Newport and Laguna after 6pm on leash. I've taken Jazze there a couple of times.
