Patti, how wonderful for you and your family! I have to tell you that without wonderful, selfless women like you I wouldn't have my fantastic nephew and niece.
I watched for years as my older sister tried unsuccessfully to have children. When she and my BIL adopted, it was the greatest event ever in my family.
Thank you for having the insight and courage to make such a difficult decision.
