someone asked about tornadoes...tornado season is in the spring early summer. and its usually in the rural area not so much in the KCK area but thats not to say its never happened 
and theres more to do on the MO side of KC. unless you go out to Overland Park or further south. i don't know you'll have to look around. KCK is kind of ghetto IMO. so i would look more to Johnson County (Olathe, Lenexa, Shawnee Mission) or KCMO. North KCMO is pretty nice too. |
I agree with you about KCK being a little ghetto. There are some really nice parks in Johnson County and Wyandotte County Lake is really pretty and big. I am sure there are some nice places north of the river by the airport too but it has been years since I lived or visited north of the river.
