It just makes me sick to hear that people are breeding dogs with health issues, it just ends up breaking so many hearts. This is a huge problem in puppy mills, most if not all dogs usually have some hereditary problem from disabling luxating patella to liver shunts.

If she bought the puppy in any of these states then the breeder is required by law to pay the vet bills up to 150% of the cost of the dog!!!
