So that's four days now that he hasn't pooped. Has anyone's Yorkies not pooped for such a long period of time? Is there anything we can do to make him poop? They are coming back tonight, and if he still doesn't poop, we will definitely take him to the emergency vet. Yoda had his teeth cleaned last Monday and he was still on some antibiotics this week. He has a little pot belly right now and is bloated. He's been fed some fruit and they've gone for walks at parks, the beach, everywhere, but still he won't poop! We're just wondering if anyone has any solutions or has heard of this before... I guess Yoda just ain't a California boy! |
I was told by Maggie's breeder that if she gets constipated, then to give her 1/2 tsp. of Mineral Oil. So far, not needed--but good advice.
