You can go to
http://www.ytca.org/ and check for breeders in your area. The breeders you will find there are DEFINATELY not puppy mills. You may not find one if you just want one for breeding as most exhibitor/breeders sell only on a spay or neuter contract unless you're wanting a show puppy. Good luck in your search, but also remember a 5 - 7 lb. Yorkie is still a very small dog.
