a couple of months for me. I used that new drug to help me. It didn't help me any at all. $300. down the drain. but .......i am still not smoking. it is not getting any easier yet and have went to the neighbors house several times asking her for the main reason I decided to quit. i keep one cigarette in my purse (stale by now) just so I can have the pleasure of being in control.
I quit once for a year and half. taking care of my mother with alzheimers drove me back to it. what a bad decision i made that day!
