Tetley's pretty good about the hairdryer. I think it really helps if they're used to seeing you use it on yourself. When I do my hair and makeup in the morning he snuggles down next to my feet and doesn't even flinch when I turn on the dryer, so when I use it on him it's no big deal. Now brushing, on the other hand, is another story...
Can't get him used to a brush or comb, he still feels he has to attack it.
