My Groomer girl asked me last time if I wanted to try a Lion Cut and I invisioned a teddy bear face, I should've known better! It looks utterly ridiculous!!!! Click on the first picture on the bottom. It's a pic of my oldest name Toy. It's not good for purebred Yorkies. Makes the ears droop as well. Basically the body hair is short like a rat and the face was merely trimmed. It bothers me so much that I'm taking him back in to get his face hair modified! Here in Arizona it gets so hot that I can't have him in a show coat in the summer so a puppy cut is a must!!! I also hate a Schnauzer cut for a Yorkie!!!! Had that before, too!
