 Never Bathing her myself agaiN!
Yesterday my little Bailey girl went to the dog park and had a blast, but some bassett hound slobberd ALL OVER her back! So when it came time for bed Bailey needed a bath. I have never bathed her before (she usually goes to the groomer) The getting wet part wasnt so bad, but when it came time to dry her off (with a blowdryer) It terrified her! I felt horrible! She curled up in a little ball in my lap and burried her head and wouldnt stop shaking!!!! I guess the noise must have scared her (the blowdryer wasnt on hott and it was far away from her so i know i wasnt burning her) she was terrified and I absolutely HATED doing that to her... Im NOT going to bathe her again unless she absolutely cant get into a groomer. It was so traumatizing for her and it broke my heart! Has anyone else had this problem with their baby??? |
