i took roman out for a walk today in my apartment complex and noticed a very cute golden retriever pup. then i saw that it was tied up to a pilar. the puppy didnt have much room to move around. this was at about 5pm. i just took roman out and the puppy was STILL out there! i saw it had 1 dish out whether it had water or food in it i dunno but either way its still bad. it didnt even look like anyone have checked in on it. the lights inside were still off and the door blinds were open as they were before, but hadnt been moved. i fell so bad for this puppy. if i knew for sure the owners werent home i woulda taken it. im going to call the humane society tomorrow. is there alot they can do? this is the first day ive seen the puppy and it didnt look unhealthy or anything, jut sad. well either way im going to call the humane society and see what they can do for this poor puppy.
