Yes, I have a good friend who lets her cat have kittens before the old kittens are weaned. She gave them away until she couldn't find a person to take them. She took one batch to a park and dropped them off. I have done everything to try to encourage her to spay the kittens. I would even pay for it. It just drives me crazy.
I did hear a funny story from a girl who asked her husband to take all the cats to be fixed (they were on a farm and had a bundle). He decided to save money and had the boys neutered. We had such a laugh over that one when the next mom came up pregnant
