Just put them together and supervise. Don't shove the puppy in the dog's face and don't force any interaction. Let him sniff the puppy and then see what he does. He might just walk away, or he might be curious and play with the baby. Some dogs hit it off right away and some take time! As long as you supervise them for the first few weeks they should be fine. |
