Hi all. I'm hoping someone can help me. We got our yorkie spayed on Tuesday morning. The vet kept her overnight, and we took her home yesterday morning. Well yesterday she wouldn't eat anything, but she did drink a little water and go outside to the bathroom. Other than that she just layed around all day (which I figure is normal after surgery) Well today she is acting the same way. She won't do anything but lay on her pillow. Mostly she sleeps, but sometimes she just lays there awake. She's only been to the bathroom once, and the only thing she's ate is a treat I gave her earlier. Is it normal for her to still be this sluggish since her surgery was the day before yesterday?? Normally she is really active. The vet didn't give us any pain pills, so its not like she on a lot of meds or anything (other than obviously what they gave her at the vets) I'm planning to call the vet tomorrow morning if she is still like this, but any help tonight would be so great! I feel so bad for her, and I'm worried that she will get really sick tonight. TIA.
