She is very very cute! Gracie's ears were still not up at 4 months. She had one up, one down. I finally taped the one year. You shave the top 1/3, front, back and sides, then gently fold the ears together so that they look like a taco shell, then tape them to hold them in place. I did this using plain scotch tape. Gracie took the tape off about 24 hours later. By then, her ear was standing. I used a personal trimmer, but you could use animal clippers. Good luck!
