I close my Bella's mouth and tell her no bite. Or when she gets really fiesty, I pin her on her back (on my lap or the floor) and just hold her there telling her no until she relaxes. It's something you really have to nip in the butt pretty quickly. They need to realize it's not acceptable to bite.
