Wisconsin has quite a few puppy mills..... TMJ4 has been doing a whole series of reports on mills in our state.

Here's an interview WTMJ did back in '99 with Gerald Schulz, who operates a kennel out of Sheboygan, WI, called "Pretty Penny Kennels"

An anti-puppy mill group in WI has a nice site set up with more stories and information...
