Shampoo and condition - RINSE really well....Then - you can use the Ice wet or dry - I do both - you only need to spray a little on and smooth their hair - I use it every day and it doesn't weigh the hair down - but go easy with it if you have a silky coated yorkie - the frizzier coats take it better ...Chanel has thick hair and it really helps hers to lay flat. With Cheri who has a real silky coat - I use only a TINY amount
