Maybe if you reported this enough times, they'd get fed up and re-home the little yorkie with kind loving owners!! Poor little thing... sounds to me asd if they failed to maybe house-train him (they probably made no effort!) .. they would be better off without a dog as they certainly don't deserve one!!
