I love the photo!! Somehow I do not consider it anything serious .. I may be wrong but I know for a fact that Gypsy Rose has one under her chest hair and it is a heart shape!! With our yorkies we don't normally see them but of course a CHihuahua is a bit different! I think it's pigmentation and quite harmless. Still a cute photo though!! Ana xx
