Twinkie's original surgery was for stage 4 luxating patella. She had it done on her other knee 1st-everything went fine. When they did the 2nd knee, she was fine for about 3 weeks & then she evidently tore the ligament. They thought her lifting her leg was from the pins rubbing, they took it out & now the Univ of Mo Vet hosp. says it is the ligament that is torn. She is going to her vet today for the staples to come out from removing her pin. Hopefully my sissy will know more about what surgery she needs after today's appt. We are saying our prayers for Tink. Twinkie has actually been very good thru her recovery, we keep her in a stroller or hold her so she doesn't walk on it. My sissy thinks she may have torn it when she was down to go potty.
