Maybe his blood sugar was really low because he wasn't eating? Is that what the vet told you?

Archie, the first Yorkie I had, didn't eat for a while. I brought him to the vet and they had to IV him to get his blood sugar up, or he could have died. Since then, I force-fed him if he didn't eat for more than a half day.
Hi,
Bear is at my girlfriend's mom's house for few days, as of right now he is eating but he likes human food because i spoiled him with that. The vet told me that the reason he is not eating is because he might be allergic to antibiotics. So whatever happen to Archie? still have him?
