Hi my two Yorkies have a servere skin problem, I have paid out hundered of £'s on skin biopsys and scrapings but my vet cannot find any reason for the problem. They both have raised pinky white spots which burst and get infected. This makes the dogs smell terrible. The vet usually gives them antibiotics but this never cures it. Can any one help?
