How many of us can stand to take our babies to a groomer who will let them sit in a kennel ALL day long -- or even for 1/2 of a day? From what I've read here on this forum, most members are very particular and try to locate a groomer that can either come to their house or one that works on one dog at a time so that their babies don't have to be in a kennel for any duration.
If I am going to feel that way about my baby after he is in my possession, you better believe that I'm going to feel that way about where he was living before I got him.
Have any of your babies come back from the groomer and is not like they were (emotionally) prior to their visit because they were held for a period of time in a kennel? Just think about those that are treated that way from the day they are born or for the several weeks it may take to sell them at a pet store!
No thanks -- no pet stores for me. While Saffron may be an exception to the rule . . . the rule is enough to scare me!
