I am by no means an expert but here is what I have been told. Do not expect them to be accident free until they are a year old. Similar to having a 2 yr old. Also if anything got on the mattress on the bed she could be smelling that and that could be part of the problem. I have carpeting and if my pup has an accident and I don't get the smell out intime she will go there the next time she needs too. Hope this has helped.
