It's a modified Schnauzer cut done on a Yorkie so they call it a Schnorkie cut. We used to have Boog cut this way...he had a 'donut' around his muzzle and an eyebrwo that curled down over his forehead, a skirt around the bottom and fluffy legs and chest...the rest is trimmed very short...like this...
