Both of the sites you listed are brokers so they get their puppies from breeders. The breeder who sold Lindsay Lohan her puppy probably sells her puppies through both brokers so both can claim that "one of their breeders" sold her the pup.
I agree is is a bit deceptive but, unfortunately, not illegal. |
