Aren't congenital and genetic the same? Both are inherited, and caused by genetic abnormalities?

The breeder should pay for the malocclusion, maybe half of the earmites bill. Are you positive the ear mites came from the breeder and not from the 2 weeks at the new house?

edit: Oh I'm not a breeder, obviously, that's just my 2cents, haha.
