We all through this w/ puppies - it's just a natural behavior for them to mouth/chew/explore/play/act crazy. Continue to "yelp" in as high a pitch as you can.
Someone on here had a GREAT suggestion for a misbehaver - she uses a small metal bowl and will say "NO!" while banging the bowl w/ a spoon. It is a really startling noise and usually stops them in their tracks. So, you could bang, yelp, then say no. Geesh!
Oh - and redirect if he chews - give him a chew over and over until he gets it (after saying NO).
This is better than, say, a spray bottle or confining etc. bc it's not punishment - it's teaching. How old is the little stinker?
