Your hormones maybe acting up because of your menestrul *sp* cycle just passing, the older we get the different things that start changing in our bodies. I NEVER use to get cramps when I got my period, but since last year I have started getting cramps before my period comes , I hate it. My doctor told me my body has changed and everything is okay, because I thought something was wrong with me having cramps before my period

But, if you want to ease your mind make an appointment with your doctor to see what he/she thinks. I know I can call my pharmacy and sometimes they will have the answer.
Thanks, this helps. I would take the pill if I could find. I don't know what happened to it. I have an appointment to see an actual Gyno on June 15th. I used to just see my family doctor. My PMS symptoms have been getting worse & lasting longer so maybe this is just part of that.
