Does anyone remember the guy who shot his neighbors dog for barking too much???? He only got a fine or something like that.
Yet, I'm thinking, if a dog is property, the idiot should have gotten worse. Would't he have gone to jail if he stole his neighbors car??? Where's the justice? |
