That happened to me before & it eventually showed up after 12 hours or so. Sometimes your item will pop up immediately & sometimes you have to wait, guess it just depends on how many other ppl are posting items.
Anyway, they take care of all that by e-mail. I would be very surprised to find out they did any customer service via phone. My bf is a "powerseller" & he only has contacts for the eBay conferences, no customer service.
